CreateAController is now offering a Send-In Service for controller customizing. This is a great option for anyone that doesn't need another controller, or wants that special controller of theirs to put on a new suit. As always, the same quality is taken with controllers that are sent in as any other controller that comes through our office.
When your controller is first received, the controller is taken apart and cleaned thoroughly. If chosen, the controller can also be "Repaired". This option includes checking the controller for any scuffs or noticeable marks, and then removing them. The controller is then sanded down and prepped for painting. Following the paint job, and the curing of the paint, the controller will be shipped back to the owner.
In the product page below, many options are available for your paint job. Please carefully select your options and include as much information about the paint job as possible. You WILL be charged for shipping in this initial process. This will cover the shipping charge of the controller back to the customer. The original shipping of the controller is also to be covered by the customer. We encourage everyone to require a tracking number on their package when it is sent TO us, as we are NOT responsible for lost packages in the mail system. Following the order an email will be sent to the customer with further information, including the shipping address.
After you have purchased your design, pack up your controller for shipping. We ask that you include a packing slip that states any information about your order, including Name, Email, Address, and Phone Number.
